2.  Perform a Rapid Improvement Event

The Rapid Improvement process maximizes increasing production speed and earnings with the existing personnel and equipment in a matter of months.​

• Define project goals:

  • Increase production speed - 25%

  • Reduce the downtime - 50% 

  • Reduce the defects - 50%

• Pick the team and supporting members

• Rapid Improvement event agenda

• Rapid Improvement event schedule

• Define the expectations of the team and how they will be measured

• Make the physical changes

The fee to perform a Rapid Improvement event is based on the complexity.          Estimate:  2 - 4 weeks with one-month follow-up, $45,000

Note: Sixty-five percent of the fees are eligible for the Research and Development Tax Credit.
