​Managing Daily Improvement supports the ongoing systematic improvement in manufacturing at the cell and plant level involving everyone in the business.

• Adopt the Managing Daily Improvement system

• Establish manufacturing goals

• Establish a 2% improvement goal each month

• Standardize each process

• Visual management on the shop floor.

• Train the manufacturing team to solve the problems. 

• Remove competing goals.

• Train use of MDI system.

The fee for Implementing a Manage Daily Improvement System is based on complexity.         

Estimate:  2 - 4 weeks with one-month follow-up, $45,000

Note: Sixty-five percent of the fees are eligible for the Research and Development Tax Credit.
